About the Role Comfort Keepers is seeking a talented Instructional Designer / Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you’ll design and develop engaging training programs while managing our LMS to ensure seamless learning experiences for employees and franchise partners; including franchise owners, managers, and other administrative team members. What You’ll Do
Lead the full lifecycle of training design, development, launch, and evaluation.
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess needs and identify learning opportunities, and collaborate throughout the entire process of design, development, and evaluation.
Serve as the primary LMS administrator: system configuration, course uploads, content updates, and end-user support.
Apply instructional design models, adult learning principles, and best practices to create scalable learning solutions, including:
E-Learning modules; emphasis on interactive, engaging, and accessible across the franchise network
Instructor-led sessions (in-person and virtual)
Job aids, participant guides, and other support materials
Manage training communications, ensuring timely updates and smooth course launches.
Provide LMS training and support to internal staff and franchisees.
Maintain quality standards through editing, proofreading, and continuous improvement.
Produce compelling multimedia content (videos, podcasts, etc.) to enrich learning experiences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline), Canva, Camtasia, and Animaker.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning content, with a strong background in corporate environments
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Experience in LMS administration and end-user support.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.

Working Environment
Hybrid schedule: 2–3 in-office days per week at our Irvine, CA headquarters.
