At Comfort Keepers, we believe in Elevating the Human Spirit — not only for the clients and families we serve, but also for the franchise owners who bring our mission to life in communities across the country.

We are seeking a highly driven, operationally focused, and relationship-oriented Manager of New Franchise Success to support new franchise owners through one of the most critical phases of their business journey: launch and early-stage growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coaching business owners, and has a passion for helping entrepreneurs build successful, sustainable businesses. You will serve as a strategic partner and operational guide from franchise signing through launch, stabilization, and transition into long-term operational support.

What You’ll Do

Guide New Franchise Owners from Signing to Launch

You will serve as the primary support partner for new franchise owners as they prepare to open their businesses. This includes:

  • Leading onboarding and launch readiness activities
  • Supporting business planning and market-entry preparation
  • Coordinating licensing, operational setup, systems implementation, and staffing readiness
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure training, compliance, technology, and operational milestones are completed on time
  • Establishing accountability checkpoints to ensure successful launches

Drive Early Business Growth & Operational Success

You’ll work closely with franchise owners during the first critical months of operation to accelerate performance and establish strong business fundamentals by:

  • Coaching owners on sales execution and local marketing activation
  • Supporting caregiver recruitment and staffing ramp-up strategies
  • Driving operational efficiency and workflow execution
  • Monitoring performance metrics such as billable hours, client starts, and revenue growth
  • Identifying risks early and implementing corrective action plans

Coach, Develop & Support Franchise Owners

Success in this role requires strong emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without direct authority. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing structured coaching throughout the first 6–12 months of operation
  • Conducting regular business reviews and KPI-focused touchpoints
  • Reinforcing growth-focused leadership behaviors and operational discipline
  • Building trusted relationships with franchise owners during periods of rapid growth and change

Improve Launch Processes & Scale Best Practices

You’ll help shape the future of franchise growth by identifying opportunities to improve onboarding and launch effectiveness across the network:

  • Analyze performance trends and launch outcomes
  • Recommend operational improvements and scalable best practices
  • Refine onboarding playbooks, tools, and launch processes
  • Share franchisee feedback with internal teams to improve support models and strategy execution

Support Network-Wide Strategy Adoption

As new programs, tools, and initiatives are introduced across the franchise network, you’ll help ensure successful implementation and adoption by:

  • Coaching owners on evolving business strategies
  • Providing practical implementation support and accountability
  • Reinforcing brand standards and operational consistency
  • Acting as a bridge between franchise owners and corporate leadership

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit leadership, business operations, or growth-focused support roles
  • Experience supporting business launches, early-stage operations, or new market development strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to coach and influence business owners or senior leaders
  • Strong operational, financial, and business acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Operations, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action
  • Exceptional coaching and relationship-building abilities
  • Data-driven decision-making and performance management skills
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and launches simultaneously
  • Passion for helping franchise owners grow sustainable businesses

Why Join Comfort Keepers?

At Comfort Keepers, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping franchise owners build businesses that truly change lives. You’ll join a mission-driven organization that values collaboration, innovation, accountability, and compassionate leadership.

We offer:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company support
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Remote work flexibility
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development

Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team committed to helping others while building something meaningful together.

Travel Requirement

This is a remote position with regular travel up to 75% to support franchise launches, field coaching, and operational partnership across the network.
